SiFi Fitness was built on the belief that speed, performance, and training should be intelligent — not random.
Before stepping onto the football field at BYU, SiFi Fitness was shaped on the track. As a Division I track athlete at Utah State University, I learned what true speed development looks like when it’s trained correctly — with precision, intent, and an understanding of mechanics. Speed isn’t just effort. It’s technique, timing, and intelligent progression.
That foundation carried with me as I transitioned to Division I football at Brigham Young University, where performance demands only increase. At the highest levels of sport, success comes from training that is purposeful, measurable, and adaptable — not from generic workouts or one-size-fits-all programs.
SiFi Fitness was created to bring that same standard to athletes and individuals in our community.
The name SiFi stands for Speed Intelligence, Football Intelligence, and Fitness — the three pillars that guide everything we do. We focus on developing athletes who move better, run faster, and perform with confidence because they understand how to train — not just how to work hard.
What began as training a small group of athletes quickly grew as results became visible. Athletes improved their speed and mechanics. Parents saw confidence rise. Coaches noticed carryover to competition. Trust was built through consistency and real progress.
SiFi Fitness isn’t about hype or shortcuts. It’s about building athletes the right way — with intelligent speed development, football-specific performance training, and athlete-based fitness that translates beyond the gym.
